We are partnering with a leading global private markets firm to appoint a Senior Associate/Vice President into their Capital Raising & Client Services team focusing on their Real Estate offering. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, international platform with a strong reputation across both public and private markets.In this role, you'll play a central part in supporting capital raising initiatives, strengthening investor relationships, and positioning innovative real estate strategies with a global client base. It's a role that blends client interaction, product expertise, and project management - offering breadth, responsibility and visibility across the business.The successful candidate will be involved in:

Acting as a key point of contact and product specialist for real estate strategies during fundraising cycles
Contributing to fund positioning, messaging and market analysis
Preparing high-quality investor and fundraising materials (pitchbooks, performance updates, case studies)
Supporting pipeline management, investor due diligence, and responses to client requests
Collaborating with legal, tax, structuring and operations teams on fundraising processes
Managing CRM data (Salesforce) and ensure accurate client and pipeline reporting
Coordinating investor events including annual meetings, LPACs, roadshows, webinars and property tours
Providing insights into portfolio and fund performance to support investor engagement

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in client relations, fundraising, or investor relations within either sell side of placement agent firm
Background in real estate strategies essential
Strong communication and relationship management skills with senior stakeholders
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment
