If you’re passionate about apprenticeships and experienced in employer-led programme delivery, this is your opportunity to make an impact.You’ll develop new and existing client partnerships, promote our award-winning apprenticeship programmes, and drive learner engagement across our specialist academies in Talent Acquisition, Sales, Leadership & more.What we offer:Uncapped commission & incentives25 days holiday (rising to 28) + birthday offPrivate healthcare & pensionFlexibility & remote-first workingThe chance to represent a high-achieving, Ofsted-rated GOOD provider with 100% pass rates on many programmes Responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesDrive growth of apprenticeship programmes through new and existing employer partnershipsDevelop and execute a strategic client engagement and pipeline planAct as the key point of contact for employers, ensuring programmes meet their workforce needsPromote apprenticeship solutions and generate awareness across target marketsManage the full client lifecycle from initial contact through to contract negotiationCollaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and learner supportMonitor and report on activity using CRM (HubSpot) and other internal systemsAttend events, webinars, and industry forums to build brand presence and market intelligenceEnsure compliance with apprenticeship regulations and quality standardsWork closely with marketing to convert leads and optimise campaigns Skills:What you’ll need:Strong experience in apprenticeship/work-based learningGreat understanding of levy funding and complianceProven success in account management and business developmentAbility to work across multiple stakeholders and deadlinesConfidence presenting to senior contacts and influencing decision-makers
