What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Register and qualify new buyers
Conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers and manage sales progression
Build relationships with vendors and applicants
Generate new business opportunities
Assist with property listings and marketing
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in estate agency sales
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong customer service focus
Highly motivated, with a proactive attitude
Team player with a professional manner
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
Knowledge of Blackheath and surrounding areas preferred
