- oEvidenced close management of the professions delivering estates and facilities services
- oEvidenced delivery of high quality, customer focused services of a comparable scale and complexity to those handled by DSFS.
- oProven ability to think strategically and develop growth strategies
- oDemonstrated ability to oversee complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- oExcellent communication skills able to engage and influence stakeholders and manage conflict to resolution.
- oA strong understanding of the commercial and healthcare sectors
- oExperience of leading and developing a positive and inclusive organisational culture
- oAn understanding of the requirements of company directorship and legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to the role.
- Significant or near Board level leadership experience
