  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm - No Weekends!

Our client, an Independent Garage based in the Honiton, Devon area, are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team.As a Vehicle Technician you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining customer vehicles to a high standard. You will liaise with the front of house team to ensure customer vehicles are completed on time.The successful Vehicle Technician will ideally be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent however, my client will also consider time served technicians.Benefits with this Vehicle Technician role include:

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Carrying out vehicle maintenance and repair in line with manufacturer standards
  • Testing, diagnosing, and effective troubleshooting
  • Working on electrical and mechanical systems
  • Dealing with unplanned emergency repairs which on occasion may include remote working.
  • Inspecting vehicles for wear and tear to test roadworthiness
  • Commissioning and decommissioning vehicles, including the installation and removal of specialist Equipment.
