
Spa Operations Supervisor

- Proficiency in the tasks of Spa Assistants, including walkrounds, maintaining locker rooms, cleaning and tidying all areas including toilets and showers, replenishing amenities, receipt of deliveries, and handling laundry
- Leading daily briefings and handovers
- Organising the daily workload, delegate tasks and co-ordinate breaks
- Monitoring performance via checklists and SOPs
- Providing feedback, and undertake informal counselling to support improved performance
- Supporting the team with any shift challenges
- On job training of new employees
- Handling and resolving guest feedback

- HND/NC/SVQ or equivalent qualification, or equivalent experience in hospitality or tourism related field
- Experience of supervision and of working in similar spa, leisure or beauty environment
- Thorough, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to quickly build excellent working relationships
- A flexible approach to work to meet operational demand
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic IT skills with knowledge of Office software and ability to use technology
- UK Driving Licence preferred due to the shift pattern and spread out nature of the resort
