
HR Business Partner / Generalist – TUPE / post acquisition

- Support TUPE / post-acquisition activities including process mapping and documentation
- Define and document manual processes using SOPs/WOWs
- Deliver training to existing headcount on newly defined processes and systems
- Assist in updating HR policies, procedures and documentation to reflect the new ownership
- Conduct data cleansing and support mass data uploads
- Provide hands-on support with HR systems and transactional activities as needed
- Payroll Implementation
- Collaborate on light branding activities such as logo updates and document templates
- Ensure consistent and clear communication across all levels of the organisation
- Proven experience in HR generalist / business partnering roles
- Exposure to TUPE or post-acquisition HR activities
- Skilled in process mapping and SOP / WOW creation
- Comfortable delivering training and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to see tasks through to completion
- Agile and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Experience with HRIS systems and data management
- Familiarity with branding or internal communications
- Payroll administration
