Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche manufacturing business based in Swindon to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner / Generalist with TUPE / post acquisition exposure. The role can be office, hybrid or mostly remote based with odd days in Swindon and Portsmouth, and the company is prepared to look a somebody on a part or full time basis.We are looking for a highly capable and detail-oriented HR Business Partner / Generalist to support a post-acquisition transition project. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth integration of processes, policies and people into the new ownership structure. The ideal candidate will bring a strong generalist background with hands-on experience in TUPE or post-acquisition activities.Key responsibilities:Post-Acquisition Integration:
  • Support TUPE / post-acquisition activities including process mapping and documentation
  • Define and document manual processes using SOPs/WOWs
  • Deliver training to existing headcount on newly defined processes and systems
  • Assist in updating HR policies, procedures and documentation to reflect the new ownership
Operational / Transactional Support:
  • Conduct data cleansing and support mass data uploads
  • Provide hands-on support with HR systems and transactional activities as needed
  • Payroll Implementation
Branding / Communication:
  • Collaborate on light branding activities such as logo updates and document templates
  • Ensure consistent and clear communication across all levels of the organisation
Key skills and experience:
  • Proven experience in HR generalist / business partnering roles
  • Exposure to TUPE or post-acquisition HR activities
  • Skilled in process mapping and SOP / WOW creation
  • Comfortable delivering training and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to see tasks through to completion
  • Agile and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Desirable:
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data management
  • Familiarity with branding or internal communications
  • Payroll administration
