Commercial Solicitor - BristolTop 100 law firm and Bristol heavyweight are seeking a talented Commercial, Technology & Outsourcing Associate to join their growing team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, dynamic projects across sectors, including retail, fintech, and business support services.Key Responsibilities:You will lead and support on a wide range of matters, including:
  • Commercial contracts and outsourcing (IT, BPO, logistics, etc.).
  • Technology contracts (cloud computing, systems development, digital transformation).
  • Data protection and general technology advisory work (e.g., AI regulation).
  • Other commercial agreements, such as supply, agency, distribution, and collaboration contracts.
This role involves working closely with colleagues in Bristol and London, as well as building strong client relationships with diverse businesses, from global tech leaders to start-ups.Ideal Candidate:
  • 2-6 years PQE in commercial contracts, technology, or outsourcing.
  • A commercial, pragmatic approach to problem-solving and negotiations.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills, with a commitment to developing team members.
  • Experience in business development and fostering client relationships.
