- The Management of Site Supervisors or team leads - (Regular, meetings, phone calls, mentoring, support)
- Contract Auditing – (Carry out Quality Audits as per schedule and per company policy)
- Client Contact – (Meet with Clients as per schedule – Complete client contact sheet)
- Payroll – (Monthly Checking of Report)
- Uniforms – (Complete request form and sign off send to central Admin process / must get staff member to sign for uniform once received and return form to central admin)
- Machine Repairs – (Must complete machine Repair report and send to central admin)
- Induction Training - (All new starts and staff moving sites must get induction training as per induction training list)
- Processes booking of mobile time (Completion of mobile request form for planned absence)
- Daily Staff Management - (Unplanned absence sickness/ no shows as per agreed central admin process)
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Cleaning Manager with a strong and progressive career background within the industry
- Proven experience of working within multi-site operations
- Strong manager with the proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a large team
- Confident in liaising with clients as well as leading presentations and meetings
- Hands on approach in all areas of cleaning
- Up to date with the latest industry machinery and concepts and be able to demonstrate this knowledge at interview level
- Genuinely passionate about their field
- Able to think logistically and work under pressure whilst remaining calm and professional at all times
- Clean and valid driving licence - Company vehicle supplied for purposes of role.
- The successful candidate's job offer will be subject to passing a Personal Track Safety Medical Assessment. This will include a full and thorough medical, (including a drug and alcohol test) for the purpose of Public Train Safety prior to appointment.
