Youll be working 37.5 hours per week across 34 days, with a rota that spans 7 days. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, patient-focused environment, while enjoying a varied caseload and access to the latest imaging technology.While MRI experience is preferred, its not essentialwell provide full training and support to help you build your expertise. You will also participate in our on-call rota and should expect to travel across Lincolnshire as part of this role.Main duties of the jobAs a key member of our radiology team, you will:
  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services including general X-ray, theatre, mobile, and MRI.
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centred care, ensuring dignity, safety and comfort at every step.
  • Work both autonomously and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to manage examination workloads effectively.
  • Justify and carry out referrals in line with Practice Plus Group protocols.
  • Uphold best practice standards in radiation protection, MRI safety, and infection prevention.
  • Support clinical governance activities, including audits, quality assurance, and incident reporting.
  • Engage in CPD to maintain HCPC registration and continually grow your skills.
About usTo succeed in this role, youll need to bring:
  • BSc in Radiography (or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
  • Experience across general radiography, with knowledge of theatre and mobiles.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage complex workloads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patients, colleagues, and referrers.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development, safety, and quality standards.
  • A caring, patient-focused mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a supportive team.
  • Participation in our on-call rota
  • Ability to travel across Lincolnshire
