- Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services including general X-ray, theatre, mobile, and MRI.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centred care, ensuring dignity, safety and comfort at every step.
- Work both autonomously and collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to manage examination workloads effectively.
- Justify and carry out referrals in line with Practice Plus Group protocols.
- Uphold best practice standards in radiation protection, MRI safety, and infection prevention.
- Support clinical governance activities, including audits, quality assurance, and incident reporting.
- Engage in CPD to maintain HCPC registration and continually grow your skills.
- BSc in Radiography (or equivalent) and HCPC registration.
- Experience across general radiography, with knowledge of theatre and mobiles.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage complex workloads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patients, colleagues, and referrers.
- A commitment to continuous professional development, safety, and quality standards.
- A caring, patient-focused mindset and enthusiasm for working as part of a supportive team.
- Participation in our on-call rota
- Ability to travel across Lincolnshire
