We're seeking an innovative Manufacturing Automation Technician to join our formulated product filling and packaging team in Grangemouth. You'll be at the forefront of maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing equipment in our modern manufacturing plants, shaping the future of our automation processes.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Install and commission new equipment
  • Manage documentation and CMMS data input
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead the implementation of new automation technologies

  • HNC/HND in Electro/Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Automation Engineering
  • Experience in manufacturing equipment
  • Strong understanding of automation principles and safety systems
  • Proficiency with PLC systems (preferably Siemens S7)
  • Experience with CMMS and SAP
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

The site was founded in 1919 and today employs nearly 400 skilled people in a variety of roles that include manufacturing, engineering, scientific and production support.
