
Investigations & Employee Relations Lawyer/Consultant

- Lead or advise on complex investigations
- Analyse evidence and conduct interviews
- Produce high-quality investigation reports
- Work collaboratively with clients and legal teams
- Navigate issues such as discrimination, whistleblowing, and misconduct with discretion and clarity
- Be a qualified solicitor with at least 6 years’ post-qualification UK-based experience in employment law within a law firm environment, or a senior HR professional with a strong understanding of UK employment law and its application
- Possess strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Be experienced in drafting clear, concise, and accurate reports
- Be highly experienced in building trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Workplace investigations and grievance resolution
- Disciplinary and whistleblowing procedures
- Complex discrimination and equal pay matters
- Employment litigation (Tribunal and High Court)
- TUPE, redundancy and restructuring
- Restrictive covenants and severance negotiations
- Drafting contracts, policies and staff handbooks
- The team advises clients in sectors including education, healthcare, energy, construction, transport and agriculture.
