- Streamline campaign delivery: manage priorities, allocate tasks and make sure deadlines stick.
- Monitor performance: track KPIs, spot opportunities and push for continuous improvement.
- Stay hands-on when needed quality control and attention to detail matter here.
- Champion collaboration & learning: create a team culture where people love to work and grow.
- Report on wins & challenges to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
- Keep skills sharp: bring best practices in digital marketing and campaign management into the team.
Solid experience within a B2B agency team, managing projects. You should have;
- The ability to deliver digital projects specifically email, video, audio and online content
- A grounding in marketing and the ability to interpret data
- The ability to manage a budget
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
