Please note this role is cross site and travel to both Sutton and Chelsea sites is required.An opportunity has arisen for a for a band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist within the Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery Unit (Private Care) at The Royal Marsden. We are incredibly proud of our international reputation for pushing the boundaries and for our groundbreaking work ensuring patients receive the very latest and best in cancer treatment and care.Main duties of the jobThe post holder has a distinct level of responsibility to patients treated within the Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery unit at the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust to provide a comprehensive specialist nursing service.   • Computer literate Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work with others to teach specific clinical skills
  • Knowledge of current evidence to underpin practice
  • Evidence of commitment to customer care initiatives and incorporation of cultural values into practice.
  • Evidence of innovative practice
  • Ability to set and monitor standards
  • Ability to show tact and manage boundaries.
