This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and wellbeing in a classroom environment.The ideal candidate will be a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant with excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work effectively within the school environment.As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children with their academic progress and social development, ensuring that every pupil feels included and encouraged.Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lessons as a Teaching Assistant.
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
- Assisting with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and ensuring a safe learning environment.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential).
- A positive and adaptable approach to working in a school environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A commitment to supporting children's learning and development as a Teaching Assistant.
