- Overseeing the general day-to-day running of the office.
- Sorting and booking service work and assigning tasks to engineers.
- Liaising daily with engineers regarding workload.
- Assisting with quality audits.
- Handling telephone calls, customer queries, and engineer enquiries.
- Managing email correspondence, including general requests and portal-related queries.
- Liaising with subcontractors for all services offered, from initial enquiries through to arranging certification.
- Preparing and issuing invoices for engineers' work.
- Processing quotations and generating purchase orders.
- Setting up new sites and customers and assigning them to engineers.
- Assisting management with any other reasonable requests.
- Carrying out general administrative tasks to support the business.
- Proficient with basic IT systems, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Able to type quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail.
- Quick to learn and confident in using internal operating systems.
- Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
- Comfortable working solely in an office-based role.
- Open and honest in all communications.
