- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and best practices
- Handle maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
- Conduct property inspections and manage tenancy renewals
- Maintain up-to-date records and documentation
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property management
- ARLA qualification preferred (but not essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confident team player who can handle pressure
- Up-to-date knowledge of lettings law and regulation
- Own car and full UK driving licence are essential
