What you will do:
  • Assess and implement effective occupational therapy interventions for patients at the "front door" to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow through the hospital.
  • Develop personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs, promoting independence and optimal recovery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and patient-centred care.
  • Maintain high-quality records and documentation in line with HCPC standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvements and innovations.
