This Commercial Property Partner role is a succession planning role. The Commercial Property Equity Partner is due to retire within the next 24 months, the successful candidate will inherit 30 years of clients and relationships, and will lead a team of three (two seniors associates and a trainee).   • The team currently stands at a team of four (Equity Partner, Two Associates and a Trainee). The currently Equity Partner was one of the founding partners. He is due to retire in the next 24 months, and as such the firm are seeking someone ambitious to be their successor. You will inherit an exceptional client base.
  • You will lead the department into the future, driving business and growth. This role could also be the perfect springboard to Equity for the right candidate.
  • The caseload will be a mixture of commercial property work but will include; Commercial sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, investment and some portfolio management.
  • You will have a proven track record of expanding work streams and driving new business.
  • You should be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least eight years PQE +
  • Salary and package is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience and background
