- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales from Building Automation, BMS, HVAC, Building Services Engineering, or related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge, understanding of building automation field devices as an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills for building relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the UK market and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
