They're looking to appoint a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their thriving team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven record in property sales who is now looking to take the next step in their career with a highly regarded, energetic high-street brand.You'll need to bring enthusiasm, a likeable personality, and a proactive attitude to property sales.Local area knowledge is advantageous, and a passion for delivering results is essential.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Registering buyers and qualifying leads
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors
  • Supporting team targets and office performance
  • Maintaining accurate records and following up leads
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in estate agency or a customer-facing sales role
  • Proven sales ability and confidence in negotiation
  • High standard of customer service
  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Ambitious, driven, and self-motivated
  • Smart, professional appearance
  • Full UK driving licence essential
