Service Advisor required in Tiptree, Essex.Our automotive client is actively seeking to hire an experienced Service Advisor to maintain and look after their customers that flow through their service department in Tiptree.This Service Advisor role is with a well-established family run automotive company, they have been successfully trading to the local area for a significant number of years and are well regarded in the area. It will be down to the front of house team members and yourself to ensure the smooth flow of customer through the department.Details & Benefits of the Service Advisor role:
  • A competitive basic salary of up to £30,000 basic p.a.
  • Profit share is divided between employees which equals an average of £2,000 p.a.
  • Good opportunity for upselling products which can equate to £4,000 p.a. on top of the basic.
  • Plus opportunity to sell service plans at £15 per plan sold.
  • Full time hours during the week starting at 8.00am and finishing at 6.00pm.
  • No Weekends worked with this Company!!
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
Day to Day Features of this role include:
  • Working front of house greeting the customers that come in to have their vehicles serviced or repaired.
  • Upselling additional products to customers i.e. Air-con recharge, tyres, oils etc.
  • Keeping the customer updated on the progress of their vehicle, invoicing and collecting payment from them when they return to collect their vehicle.
