As Contract Manager – Planned Maintenance you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the condition and safety of our customer’s homes.The successful post-holder will:
  • Lead on all planned maintenance activities for Derby Homes.
  • Manage and monitor capital budgets.
  • Manage and report on performance measures, including the Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
  • Manage and deliver the welfare adaptations services.
  • Direct the Planned Maintenance Team.
