Pay: £95.82 per day
Contract: 12-week temp-to-perm via Pink Tile EducationWe are working with a brilliant specialist primary school in Crawley that supports children with Autism, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties. The school has a calm, positive and well-structured atmosphere where every child is known and valued.This role involves supporting a small class of children aged 5–11, many of whom are non-verbal or have significant communication needs. You’ll work alongside experienced SEN teachers and therapists, helping children develop the skills they need to thrive.Your Responsibilities:Supporting classroom learning with visual, sensory and practical resourcesHelping children communicate using PECS, Makaton, or AACAssisting with transitions and emotional regulationSupporting personal care and feeding when neededPromoting independence and celebrating progress, no matter how smallWhat We’re Looking For:A warm, caring person who genuinely enjoys supporting childrenSome experience with Autism, non-verbal pupils, or communication needsStrong teamwork and excellent communication skillsSomeone confident, patient and calm under pressureHow to Apply:If you are passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the lives of young learners, we would love to hear from you.
