- Increase sales within the North and Northeast region by engaging with both existing and potential customers, and actively seeking out business opportunities in the security industry.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, delivering consistent high-level support, and create personalised account management plans for key clients.
- Meet and uphold designated KPI targets, and collaborate with the Sales Director to craft long-term business strategies.
- Record all relevant information in the company's agreed ERP/CRM system, and follow up on customer quotes and update the provided CRM system.
- Direct new product ideas and solutions to Product Development via UK management.
- Assist the company's specification team with project-related information.
- Develop strategies to surpass individual targets.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of competitor products and strategies.
- Hold a minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience in field sales/technical function, selling access and/or physical security and IOT enabled devices.
- Be experienced in Business-to-Business sales, ideally gained within the security controls industry.
- Have good knowledge of security products and the market.
- Have completed formal sales training.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Teams.
- Completion of education to GCSE level (achieving a minimum of 5 GCSE's) or its equivalent.
