- An exciting opportunity for a Training Officer – Fixed Term Contract to join our team.
- This is a temporary contract. It is anticipated that the role will be effective from Oct 2025 till Oct 2026.
- You’ll be responsible for delivering relevant training to new and existing staff members throughout our organisation, focusing on our Manufacturing department.
- Stay informed of manufacturing process updates and regulatory changes to ensure training content is accurate and compliant.
- Guide and support trainee Manufacturing staff in early cleanroom procedures and qualifications within a GMP framework.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training frameworks and processes across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate training documentation, both paper-based and electronic, in line with compliance standards.
- Complete quality related documentation including aseptic qualification batch records, change controls and incidents/deviations in accordance with GMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and maintain Training Academy documentation including SOPs, Risk Assessments and Batch Records.
- Prior experience within a GMP cleanroom environment.
- A background in stem cells, cellular therapies or cell banking.
- IT Proficient, particularly with Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to meet deadlines while upholding high standards of accuracy.
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach.
- A Degree in Life Sciences, or a related subject. Equivalent training and experience will also be considered.
