What's the role about?:Retail Sales TrainerAre you...Passionate about tech and training?Skilled in delivering engaging sessions?A pro at building customer connections?Join Powerforce as a Lenovo & Motorola Retail Sales Trainer!Full Time, PermanentSalary: £24,000 to £25,000 per annum + up to 15% bonus + Company carWorking: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week - occasional weekends in lieu for events / in-store trainingTerritory: Manchester, Stockport, Sheffield, Leeds and surrounding areaYou will:
  • Deliver captivating training, in-person & virtually for retail stores throughout your region
  • Be an expert on and share your expertise on Lenovo & Motorola products with in-store colleagues
  • Inspire sales by motivating and engaging colleagues with the brands
  • Maximise in store availability and visibility through merchandising, Point Of Sale (POS), and fixture compliance
  • Support on Lenovo and Motorola events

What you need:
  • Retail/training experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Passion for tech and training
  • Full manual driving licence for at least 12 months
