- Lead and grow the conveyancing team, driving performance and best practice
- Manage and oversee a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters
- Take a central role in strategic planning and business development
- Support and mentor junior solicitors and conveyancers
- Champion the integration of new technology and modern systems
- Help to build the firm’s presence and reputation in the local market
