Mencap is looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our amazing team in Omagh, where your role will have a lasting impact on the lives of people with learning disabilities.🌈 What You'll Do:Support people with learning disabilities in their daily lives and routinesAssist with personal care and medication, including showering/toileting and dressingHelp with finances and everyday tasks like shopping and bill paymentsEncourage independence and social inclusion by supporting community activities and groupsUse Positive Behaviour Support strategies to enhance quality of lifeBuild trusting, meaningful relationships based on empathy and respect💡 What We're Looking For:A genuine passion for supporting othersExcellent communication skillsFlexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnightA positive, patient, and empathetic attitudeWillingness to register with NISCC and undergo an enhanced Access NI check📅 Contract & Shift Details:Fulltime and Part-time Contracts AvailableShifts:Day Shifts: 12 hour shifts starting between 9:00am - 11:00amNight Shifts: 9:00pm - 9:00am
