- Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Support the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high standards of care.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainability.
- Engage with families and external stakeholders to promote the service.
- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in care and support.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within adult services.
- Strong understanding of CIW regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
