My client, a leading international law firm, recognised throughout the business community for its exceptional legal service, commercial awareness and commitment to clients, is looking to hire a talented Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager to join the firm’s wider DEI team on a permanent basis.The Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager will work closely with the DEI partners and other key stakeholders to deliver an ambitious and collaborative strategy to further embed DEI into the firm and to continue to innovate in key focus areas.The key duties will include:
- Work closely with the Director of Talent and DEI to implement and drive forward the firm’s DEI strategy
- Build relationships with key leaders and departments and be the expert point person for DEI across the firm and the source of best practice and information
- Responsible for leading on continuous improvement actions and innovation in the key focus areas of the strategy
- Manage and review DEI internal mentoring programmes
- Work closely with the graduate and lateral hire recruitment teams to ensure we recruit from the widest possible pool of talent
- Providing the wider Responsible Business team with ad hoc support and input on other projects as required
- Manage the Advisor, Coordinator and Assistant within the wider DEI team and support them with their growth and development
