This is an excellent opportunity for an Interim Management Accountant to support with financial reporting and analysis. The role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely accounting while contributing to the smooth operation of the accounting and finance department.· Prepare monthly management accounts· Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes· P&L reviews· Balance sheet reconciliations· Data cleansing· Monitor and report on financial performance across departments· Support cost control and profitability analysis· Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools· Liaise with operational teams to understand financial drivers· Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies· Assist with yearend processes and audit preparation· Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisionsA great opportunity to support a local business through a period of growthDevelop your skills as a management accountant· Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)· Strong analytical and Excel skills· Background using accounting software (e.g., Sage or MS Dynamics 365 desirable)· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability· Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders· Background in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting· Commercial awareness and understanding of business operationsThis organisation is a medium-sized property company known for its strong presence in the market and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
