A well-established, multidisciplinary architectural practice in Birmingham is looking for an Architectural Technologist to join its growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.The practice works across a range of sectors, including commercial, industrial and education, and they are seeking someone who can take ownership of technical and delivery stages. The successful candidate will be involved in preparing and coordinating technical drawings and details, delivering projects through RIBA stages 4-5 and ensuring compliance with current building regulations. You'll work closely with senior team members, external consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.To be considered for the Architectural Technologist position:
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Proven project delivery experience (RIBA stages 4-5)
- Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or similar
- Ideally a minimum of 2-3 years' experience within an architectural practice
