- Proven industry experience as a user experience (UX) researcher.
- Proven experience of planning, running, and analysing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative user research methods, such as:
- Moderated usability testing
- Unmoderated usability testing
- Surveys
- Experience of user research tools, such as Lyssna, D-Scout, UserZoom, ContentSquare.
- Experience of collaboration tools, such as Miro, Jira, Confluence.
- Experience of design software such as Figma.
- Experience using or managing a user research repository.
- Experience of screening and recruiting research participants from a variety of sources.
- Experience of storytelling, critiquing, facilitating and presenting.
- Research objective: What question were you trying to answer?
- Research method: How did you approach the research?
- Output and impact: What were the results of your research and what was the impact? (e.g., how did the findings influence a decision, a product, or a new understanding?)
