- Greet customers warmly and provide a sincere welcome, ensuring they know you're available to assist
- Ask open-ended questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Recommend and locate appropriate merchandise based on customer requirements
- Inform customers about current in-store offers, promotions, and store cards
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Stay updated on the latest trends and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
- Create and maintain a customer-friendly environment at all times
- Deliver high-level customer service consistently
- Educate customers about our brand, products, and services
- Suggest alternatives and additional items to increase sales when appropriate
- Ensure store standards are met and the store is prepared for the next business day
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- This is a zero hr contract so hrs may vary from week to week
