Your expertise will be truly valued and well rewarded.The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take on a 270-degree role focused on delivery and account development. Working with warm clients and leads brought in by the Managing Director, you'll run a dual desk, placing contract and permanent talent while nurturing and growing existing client relationships in the Insurance Tech Change & Transformation sector.Responsibilities
- Deliver recruitment solutions for contract and permanent roles within insurance technology and change/transformation.
- Work with incoming business from the MD, ensuring rapid and high-quality results.
- Build and expand relationships with existing and warm clients.
- Proven experience in tech change and transformation recruitment within the insurance sector is essential.
- Skilled at managing both candidate and client relationships.
- Driven, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
