Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Walk-In CentreLocation: LeedsJob Type: LocumPay Rate: £42 - £60 LTD (Please enquire for PAYE)We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join us to work in a Walk-In Centre in Leeds (two sites available). As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality primary care services to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Responsibilities:- Provide advanced clinical assessments and diagnosis for patients attending the Walk-In Centre- Independently manage and treat patients with acute and chronic illnesses within your scope of practice- Prescribe medication and refer patients for further investigations or specialist consultations as required- Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and empathetic approach in dealing with patients and their families- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records systemsRequirements:- Valid NMC/HCPC Registration-Hold Level 7 Minor Injury and Minor Illness-Must be a Prescriber-See and treat all patient groups- Proven experience working as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or Walk-In Centre setting- SystmOne experience, with a valid Smart CardIf you are a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients, we would love to hear from you.
