- Support 1:1 and small groups with children with SEN in an early years class.
- Support with the children’s behaviour in & outside the classroom.
- Provide general support for students with additional learning needs, both inside and outside the classroom
- Support students in developing skills for independent learning and personal growth.
- Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning resources and materials.
- Work closely with teachers to monitor and assess students’ progress, offering feedback and suggestions where necessary.
- Must have recent/relevant experience working/volunteering with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
- Must have a passion for education
- Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
- Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
- Must have good behaviour management
