- Manage and process customer orders, from entry to final delivery.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely product supply to meet roll-out schedules.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to align project expectations.
- Project Management
- Plan and oversee logistics, installation, and on-site activities for retail projects.
- Prepare and manage detailed bills of materials (BOM) for each store layout.
- Supervise on-site execution, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
- Collaborate closely with installation teams, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
- Account Management
- Act as the main project liaison for new product developments for that client.
- Translate design and product concepts into actionable implementation plans.
- Ensure the seamless integration of new products into existing store formats.
- 5+ years' experience managing / delivering the end-to-end execution of product roll-outs across retail locations.
- A strong grasp of drawings, budgets and site-based delivery.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel around the UK as required.
