Arnold Clark is looking for a New Car Sales Consultant.Your roleYou will be known as a Product Consultant; however, this role is heavily sales-focused but isn't like any other sales job. Your day-to-day role will be assisting customers through every step of the sales process, from the moment they walk through the door right to offering them a great aftersales experience. This role is about helping our customers find the right car based on what they need and building solid and positive relationships with them through every step of the process.As a Product Consultant, it will be your responsibility to:
  • Build and maintain lasting and sincere customer relationships through every step of the sales process.
  • Sell suitable packages for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism at the top of your list.
  • Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Meeting those monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards like a boss.
  • Working as part of a dynamic team to ensure deadlines are met, and we always make good on our promises.
  • Staying in touch with our customers offers them a great aftersales experience.
Your profileYou will need to be self-motivated, with fantastic communication and people skills. A solid understanding of organising or prioritising abilities to deliver on promises and exceed expectations. And all applications must have a full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year.Rewards

  • On target earnings of £35,000-£40,000 with uncapped earning potential
