The board is seeking to employ an Estates Manager (plumbing bias) who will play a key role in the provision of a comprehensive maintenance, repair and minor capital works service within the NHS Golden Jubilee estate and assist in the management of the Hospital and Hotel properties. The role will require overseeing the day to day management of complex healthcare estates (plumbing bias) engineering and life critical systems whilst acting as an 'Authorised Person' for the following disciplines: Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems, Hot and Cold Water Systems to ensure compliance to all applicable, Legislation, Codes of Practice and Scottish Health Technical Memorandums (SHTM's).The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a Healthcare Building Services related discipline or equivalent Healthcare estates engineering (Mechanical Bias) experience.
