Credit Supervisor/Manager

• Supervise a small credit team.
• Manage credit control processes to ensure timely payments and minimise outstanding debts.
• Oversee daily operations within the credit team to maintain smooth workflows.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve credit management efficiency.
• Monitor customer accounts and liaise with stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
• Prepare financial reports and updates for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the wider Accounting & Finance department to support business objectives.
• Provide guidance and training to team members as needed.

• People management experience.
• Experience within the accounting and finance field, particularly in credit control.
• A solid understanding of retail industry processes and challenges.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
