  • Participate in the planning and execution of employee and community events across the UK, partnering closely with stakeholders in facilities, IT, HR, and external partners.
  • Work alongside the team to track and manage our global calendar of events and communications, helping to navigate timing and audience conflicts.
  • Take on a variety of projects and day-to-day tasks supporting employee experience events.
  • Assist in proactive planning, communication and scheduling of a wide variety of events including weekly social meet ups, networking events, and group meetings.
  • Attend events to ensure stellar execution and capture content for internal communications and social media.
  • Assist the department with logistics for meetings, rehearsals, and events, including securing location, room set-up, audio/visual needs, food and beverage, etc.
  • Gather and help manage data to include in stakeholder reporting and to inform our own internal analysis.
  • Support and track purchase requests; facilitate the payment request process.
  • Support on-site swag supplies for new hire orientation and other programs.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Proactive in seeking solutions to problems and setbacksto avoid potential delays.
  • Strong communicator, with ability to write and speak professionally to a variety of audiences.
  • Innovative, thinking creatively about how to solve problems while making thoughtful suggestions on how to improve workflow and work processes.
  • Team-centric and self-motivated, building trust and respect to achieve outstanding shared results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative eye for aesthetics in event spaces and event materials.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite
  • 2+ years' experience in event and/or marketing coordination
  • Social media skills preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
\nThis position is based in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.This is a hybrid position and will follow a 2+ day in-office work schedule, with in-office days based on business needs and team preference.
