📍 Location: Uxbridge, UK📌 Department: Finance departmentRole Overview：As a Captive Lease Assistant, you will support the daily operations and strategic projects of the captive leasing function. You will assist in coordinating with leasing partners, internal stakeholders, and external clients to ensure smooth execution of leasing campaigns, data management, offer validation, and compliance monitoring across European markets.🔹 Key Responsibilities：1. Captive Leasing Program Development & Execution
  • Assist in preparing and validating lease offers (e.g. RV, interest rate, monthly payment) with partners.
  • Coordinate offer approvals, support the implementation of new leasing schemes across different countries.
  • Maintain and update leasing product master data and related documentation.
  • Monitor leasing partner performance and support monthly reporting.
  • Liaise with leasing partners and internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, pricing, product, legal) to ensure smooth cooperation, resolve operational issues, and follow up on joint campaigns or projects.
  • Track and analyse market trends in leasing (interest rates, RVs, campaign logic).
🔹 Requirements ：
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in the automotive, leasing, or financial services industry preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills; knowledge of PowerPoint and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken); additional European language is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Mandarin speaker preferred.
