- Experience in a service advisor role is required.
- You will be taking bookings, helping to organise the technicians' workload, managing diaries, advising customers, alongside other duties.
- You will be upselling products and services to enhance the customers' experience and earn your bonus.
- You will have the personal skills to be the face of a reputable vehicle brand.
- You will be confident and willing to get involved with administration tasks as per the needs of the business.
- You will need motor trade experience in the service department or knowledge of how a service department works.
- You will be willing to learn and get involved in other areas of the business where necessary.
- You must be a confident and outgoing individual in order to make a success of the role.
- A basic salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.
