- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive adoption of video
primes, and the broader Defense Industrial Base (DIB). * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK defense sector,leveraging existing relationships and market intelligence. * Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across defenseprocurement, program teams, and system integrators. * Navigate complex procurement cycles and frameworks such as DSP(Defense Sourcing Portal), CCS, and relevant defense acquisition processes. * Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to align solutions withspecific defense program requirements and operational use cases. * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and defensetechnology forums to build brand awareness and network within the sector.What you'll bring:
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales or business development experience within the UK defense sector, ideally with a focus on technology or secure
- Strong understanding of secure video collaboration technologies,
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
