
Residential Surveyor (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS)

- Conduct detailed building surveys and valuations of residential properties across Greater London
- Limit of one survey per day to ensure accuracy and client care
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and referral partners
- Provide clear, supportive advice and guidance throughout the property journey
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and culture of the business
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential surveying within London
- VRS registered
- Level 3 Building Survey experience preferred but not essential
- Based within the M25 with good transport links across London
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a first-class service
