  • Conduct detailed building surveys and valuations of residential properties across Greater London
  • Limit of one survey per day to ensure accuracy and client care
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and referral partners
  • Provide clear, supportive advice and guidance throughout the property journey
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth and culture of the business
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential surveying within London
  • VRS registered
  • Level 3 Building Survey experience preferred but not essential
  • Based within the M25 with good transport links across London
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a first-class service
