Pre-Construction Manager

- Support the sales team to identify and secure viable bids
- Assess all construction aspects of tenders: programmes, surveys, technical, M&E, and commercial risks
- Manage project teams from design order award through to full contract launch
- Ensure design deliverables and BIM Execution Plans are clear and handed over effectively
- Engage with clients to build relationships and drive repeat business
- HND or degree in Construction preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Design & Build, Modular, or Main Contracting
- Commercially and contractually aware (JCT D&B / NEC3)
- Strong project and team management skills
