- Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Possesses essential experience and a strong understanding of working with students with SEN, particularly those with SEMH, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and communication difficulties.
- Can create and deliver imaginative and engaging Science lessons tailored to individual student needs and abilities.
- Is resilient, patient, and possesses excellent behaviour management skills, using a positive and restorative approach.
- Is a strong team player, able to work effectively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other colleagues.
