Job Title - Site SupervisorSalary - £250 - £270 per day CISDuration - 10 - 14 weeks durationStart Date - Aug 2025Location - EnfieldWe are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee site investigations for an upcoming project. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that the site investigations are completed on time and in compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising project direction to meet client specifications and requirements.
  • Reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
  • Coordinating site investigation workers and overseeing their activities.
  • Selecting appropriate tools and materials for the project.
  • Conducting safety inspections and ensuring construction site safety.
  • Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
  • Issuing Permits to start work and delivering Site Inductions.
  • Maintaining quality control procedures to uphold project standards.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues to prevent delays.
  • Assessing and minimising project risks.
  • Writing reports, managing paperwork, and producing weekly reports.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a related role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and construction professionals.
  • SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
  • Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and quality control procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage site investigations and oversee project direction.
  • Willingness to relocate or commute as required for on-site work.
